I don't have experience with AM5, but I wonder if the U12A would fit. It's like a D15 that is built around 120mm fans instead of 140mm. Another option might be the C14S. It is a solid downdraft cooler that also has an offset, iirc.

Noctua has a pretty decent compatibility list. You can plug in your motherboard and get compatible coolers
Yeah I ended up taking a peek. Literally NOTHING was compatible that I would put on a 7950x3d. It has such a miniscule headroom, not even the nh-d15s, or even some of their smaller coolers would go on it. Ended up with Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420.
Been looking at matx boards recently, and the MSI boards seem to have their first pcie slot a bit lower than the others
Not really an option to swap at this point anymore. Well whatever, Im more satisfied with the cooling abilities of the AIO anyway.
