Remember when Oblivion's $2.50 horse armor was laughed at? It still sold like hotcakes. This is the result of that.

Cough up, idiots who have more dollars than they do sense. While you're at it I also have some real estate on the moon to sell you. Or maybe your own star. Too far away? Okay, maybe just some NFTs then.

Same with Overwatch's "crossover" with Diablo, I can't recall what the pricing was but I heard it was absolutely insanely overpriced, just like this is.

Ooh, that's what Blizz should do next. Make this armor an NFT! /s

People are still playing that?

People are still paying that?

Sadly, the value of a thing is what the market will pay. You shouldn't be mad at blizzard, you should be mad at all the more-money-than-brains people that can't get in line fast enough to throw their money at blizzard. If it weren't for them, blizzard couldn't get away with that kind of pricing.

Why not both?

What I find most outrageous is that these microtransactions are somehow seen as normal in a 70€ game nowadays. I really miss the days where there wasn't any microtransactions for a game you pay/paid to play.
