I looked through the list of apps that is floating around this sub and none of them seem to be what I’m looking for, that or I am over looking it. Anyway, what I am looking for is a solution that lets me track mine and my families health data. One of my kids is disabled and considered medically complex and has a lot of stuff we have to track and keep up with. It’s resulted in tons of shared note pads between my wife and I.

Something like a patient management system would likely work, but I haven’t been able to find anything open source that I can self host. I have started to just build my own and have made ok progress (it’s ugly af, and works with just 2 of my many use cases so far), but I just don’t have the time to build it consistently.

Any ideas on something pre-built would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Nextcloud has a health app that allows you to do this. You can track everything from weight down to medication.
