disgraceful that in a country like this, there even is a homeless problem.

There will always be a homeless problem. You can mitigate or exacerbate it, but it can't be completely solved, not even when you have the govt build sufficient housing and then give it away for free.

Huh, nobody is inside of this mansion right now, it must be abandoned. Tear it down!
