Mine does it, though not that intense, in the third last line. I learned to scroll up prior.
Did you try different pens? That intensity really looks like a pressure thing.

I have tried replacing the tip in the pen, but I have not tried replacing the pen yet. Is there a good alternative pen you'd recommend?

Though I had it with the rM pen as well as with the Staedtler.
I was talking about the digital pen, the setting. I'm using the ballpen which isn't sensitiv to pressure, therefore the lines are more steady.
