CPU Cooling problems: Just like 95C is normal for Ryzen, 100C is normal for Intel CPUs in many workloads. If you're worried about CPU temperatures, please look at reviews for the laptop or CPU cooler you're using.

I gotten into windows but today again it keep stucking itself on this when I boot up... I bought all parts brand new. Motherboard is the Rog formula z790... I got the newest bios

I'd grab your CPU model and SN, your MoBo model and SN, phone number for both manufacturers support line, grab a sammich and soda and get them on the phone starting with your MoBo manufacturer. There's a chance that its also a RAM issue but not likely from the pic provided.

Are you sure the new BIOS took? Using Rev 1402 or later?
