How is this even possible? It's AMD sponsored game DLSS should be blocked! I hope they will reconsider and remove DLSS support last minute, this is unacceptable! /s

Because FSR sucks ass, and 70-80% of dGPUs are Nvidia, and just as much as that are cards that have DLSS. Which is objectively superior in every way
Excellent news, and just like the "4080 12gb", when we make enough noise there can be change for the better, everybody wins. Corporations aren't your friend, hold them to account each and every time they do an anti consumer move.
You know a while ago I was under the impression that I could go a little bit longer with my 5700 XT with FSR. But seeing it as a now as recommendation in the minimum specs I think I might be upgrading sooner than I think.
It might still be acceptable.
Another month until release for some optimizations/drivers and your 5700xt is ~10% faster than the 5700. At 30fps it sucks but if you could hit 40fps with all that you could turn on frame gen and suddenly have a pretty decent experience.
You have to consider that while you will be playing on low settings, rt is mandatory and this game on low will probably look way better than most do on high.
As I promised to myself, after that great streak of complete technological piece of shit state of pervious games like
- Callisto Protocol
- Forspoken
- TLOU
- Jedi Survivor
- Immortals of Aveum
- Starfield
I am not going to buy another AMD sponsored game.
It's actually great that this Avatar game doesn't look interesting at all nor has good graphics so I won't even feel bad when skipping it.
I dont see FSR3 anywhere listed there, only FSR2.
If only they'd do that for a game someone would actually want to play...
need to stop sponsoring these shit titles .
