The Arm lawsuit against Qualcomm over Nuvia/Oryon will start next year, very likely before the S8G4 launches, though that lawsuit could drag on into 2025. Its bold of Qualcomm to merge Nuvia designs into mobile this quick, as a lot of people are expecting Arm to win the case, or get Qualcomm to settle in Arm's favor, both would be disastrous for Oryon/Nuvia based products.
