That's probably a "fake" listing, the card name is in polish, I ordered from that exact store a 7800xt which also had the name in polish (at a pretty good price); the order got canceled as they "didn't have such card in stock actually, there was a mistake".
So yeah, they probably just have bots that created listings based on some online availability from random shops and sell at higher price.
P.s. Also on the article they mention some prices for the cards as "lower prices in Europe", there are lower prices for 7800xt in Italy alone (obviously from smaller shop that make money from evading taxes, so those might get closed and you potentially lose warrenty with the seller, but still...)
