True. Although the true joke seems to be the fact that there's a Panic! At the Disco song by that name.
And the fact that the lyrics say

I wasn't trying to be rude, I was just trying to help you get the joke without spoiling it for anyone
I got the joke, I thought it might be deeper than the obvious. Eyes the size of the moon is apparent, but the discolored arms were just part of the scene and had nothing to do with the context of the joke / reference.
Your suggestion was just rude.
I'm genuinely confused as to how my comment was rude
