Muslims players would not be ok in the locker room with a female manager. We should respect people’s beliefs.

But will a locker room accept them? And if they don’t, will the club reprimand players for insubordination? Will it become public via leaks? Or will they avoid the whole situation by ignoring women candidates?

Let’s not pretend every player born around the turn of century is willing to accept a woman as a manager.

Theoretically true, but it would create problems that people (and players) wouldn't want to admit, it's one of those cases where it starts rotting from inside out.

Managing is already complicated, it just adds more layers of problems that no big team would risk for, and how would any big team go for it when women managing a team doesn't even happen on bad teams of lower leagues? You have to prove yourself first on the ladder like everyone has, but the first step is one of the most complicated, getting into managing a men's team in the first place.

And giving women everything on a platter will just come to bite them in the ass. Let women prove themselves yes it will take time but we have time. Women can manage men but realistically there are more better men than women at the top so only the Cream of the top are selected.
