The accused admitted his guilt at the court hearing and repented of the crime committed.
The court sentenced him to 2 years of detention in the disciplinary battalion.
We will remind that in March 2022, the deputy commander of the military unit informed the wife of the fallen soldier that she and her children could receive financial assistance from the state in the amount of UAH 15 million. He promised to facilitate the registration and speed up the payment, if they give him a percentage of it - 150 thousand hryvnias.
