just listened this morning. a lot of it is repeat info, but one new thing is he admits they are behind where he is normally at for draft preparation. because of that, they are going to be more passive/receptive to opportunities like trading back or up, but everything is on the table. Sounds like they're trying to focus on evaluating the players first and foremost.
