My old person trait is that I think 'ghosting' is completely unacceptable and you owe the other person a face-to-face conversation.
I don't think giving out my phone number grants businesses permission to send texts and have robots call me.
I'd rather sit on hold for a while and speak to an actual person vs those stupid automated systems that read a dozen options/menus to you before giving up and finally connecting you to a person anyway. Especially when they refuse keypad input and demand you use their useless voice recognition.
My old person trait is believing that all careers should be unionized. Also that any business that doesn't pay a living wage shouldn't be in business.
