Damn Joe Rogan looks young
If this is real and the witness is planning on coming forward, then the fear of coming forward would make sense. If this is true, the government, and by extension the military-industrial complex, has been withholding technological advancements that could have benefited humanity for the past 80 years. This could potentially constitute a crime against humanity.
Or... some people just make things up for various reasons.
That is certainly a possibility and I'm not ruling that out.
