I'm not subbed but I come across squirrel pics and videos from you guys by browsing everything and they remind me of my pet rats. some of the same facial expressions and mannerisms.

Pet rats sounds so awesome, I've been binge watching Emiology's videos while pondering over getting some.
they're really great. I usually describe them to people as tiny dogs. smart, empathetic and make strong bonds with their owners. word of caution though, they've got short lifespans, so maybe not for the feint of heart. I've kept rats for over six years now and I've had my share of losses but have determined that they're worth the pain.
Their short life span sounds so heartbreaking. Really happy to hear you still think they're worth the pain though!!
