Die Walliser Stimmbevölkerung will nicht, dass grosse Solaranlagen in den Alpen schneller bewilligt werden können. Sie hat ein entsprechendes Dekret der Kantonsregierung abgelehnt. Was heisst das nun für den sogenannten Solar-Express, den das eidgenössische Parlament beschlossen hat?
