If I'm reading that link correctly, you need to digest the kale to release it, so it's not going to help your teeth. Unless it can also come out via cooking or saliva?

Jfc, that's a shitty headline.

What it should say is that the chemical eradicates a high percentage of bacteria that cause plaque, leading to an overall reduction in cavities.

Because that's what it does, it doesn't magically fix cavities, it doesn't magically remove plaque.
