So we are living in science fantasy. No one has any idea where the four fundamental forces come from. They just "exist" like magical forces.
Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.

I separate by the mechanics at play: do supernatural things exist in places they do not exist in reality (humans doing telekinesis, mind reading for example... Or outright magic like the force)? If yes, it's likely fantasy.
Where does subspace fall on this line? Stargates? The TARDIS?
Sometimes the science is magical. The line is pretty fuzzy
Humans - Humans (duh)
Vulcans - Elves / High Elves
Romuluans - Dark Elves / Blood Elves
Klingons - Orcs
Andorians - Ice Elves
