Maybe click on the button with the thin border? You can also load websites in google translate, sadly it’s the only service I’m aware of the can do that.

Looks like someone linked you directly to the Google Translate result for a webpage. Somewhere in the URL there should be at least one parameter that looks like a language code, with the format xx-XX (but other letters than Xs) - Try changing all of those to en-US for English

After that there should be an option to Show original page, and one to go to the URL of the original page.
