Sounds like Ohbari wants to start the process of NJPW having an actual women's roster, or at least more women's matches on their regular shows (US at first, eventually Japan). Acknowledges the world has changed since the old days, and Stardom is obviously going quite strong for them.

The weird thing is ROH last week had like 4-5 women's segments in a row.
