What is Tournesol?

Tournesol is an open source platform which provides a tool for collaborative decisions.
The main aim of the Tournesol project is to collaboratively identify top videos of public utility by eliciting contributors' judgements on content quality.

I am a big Adam Something fan, but this is his most misguided video in my opinion.

Yeah, he makes some good points, but this is a technology we must develop, since we will probably need it in about 10-20 years.
