Tartaria sounds like a dope videogame lore idea. My top reason for following conspiracy theories. These dudes are only creative when making up absolute bullshit as truth.

Tartaria is an interesting one, because as most conspiracies, they come so close to almost getting it, but then they miss it by a mile. Like they're so close to getting to "maybe it is a good idea to respect all buildings" and then they proceed to make up some random shit involving powerful secret empires
