The US considers the ICC a cangaroo court just because they are afraid of ending at the receiving end for numerous human rights crimes.
The US government knows they are guilty, therefore they they hit that hard. The ICC has shown good and fair justice in the part, so if everything was OK with the US, they would have nothing to fear.
