Just need to get this off my chest once again:

HAAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA SPURS

Ange's final game? He must be dangerously close to the sack now

[โ€“] [email protected] 5 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Ange's imminent departure got me wondering... How many managers have they chewed through in the last 10-15 years. Aside from Pochettino, their managers have lasted a season or two.

And nobody has won any significant silverware with the spuds since the 207/08 season. And even that was the league cup - the least prestigious of domestic trophies for PL clubs.

At what point does a supposedly 'top six' club reach the point of self-reflection where they realize it's not a problem with the manager, of even the squad? They are perennial losers with a deeply-ingrained self-loathing loser mentality. And I'm loving it! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Absolute joke of a club! They should go back to playing cricket. They simply can't handle football.

Josรฉ was right, Conte was right...

Next time someone complains about us not having the killer instinct with which the top teams win matches, they shall be forced to watch the second half of the Wolves match and write a paper on it.

Looks like PGMOL are standing by the ref decision. Wow.

[โ€“] [email protected] 4 points 4 days ago

Are we at all surprised?

[โ€“] [email protected] 2 points 4 days ago

I'm gonna be honest, we need to file a suit. Call the Prime Minister on the phone, he probably hates PGMOL at this point too.

Fucking bullshit

Wow. Even former spud Jamie O' Hara, who despises us and looks for any excuse to criticize us, thinks MLS should not have been sent off!

So, Darren England has been stood down previously for a fuck up whilst in VAR.

People make mistakes, I know I've made plenty, but he has the benefit of replays and time in this situation. He could even call refs to the monitors to review certain decisions. There are cunting 4+ officials to talk over the incident (although linesman would have a limited view) and some of them have the aforementioned capabilities.

That being said, after all the bullshit of this season (as well as other stuff going on in life) my patience and optimism are wearing thin. We have the most red cards this season with 4; 3 of them being bullshit.

The officiating today was once again dogshit, yet this is the "top" football league in the world.

It half makes me wonder if they purposefully use shit refs just to add to the controversy to boost viewership.

The Saliba one is bullshit too, given how many similar "DOGSO" incidents that were worse happened without a red.

[โ€“] [email protected] 1 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Unfortunately, you can't argue an appeal using incidents from other matches, I think. You have to argue that the ref got the individual decision wrong. That being said, the PGMOL are the police of English football. They want all the power, no accountability, no oversight, and all of the sympathy for the difficulty of their jobs.

[โ€“] [email protected] 1 points 4 days ago

You might not be able to argue an appeal, but you can argue outside of the PGMOL system that it's clearly unfair. You can't appeal the fucking double yellows either.

Are we actually just gonna go through all of January without signing anyone. On either team.
