If one million people are using a headphone jack, I'm one of them;
If five people are using a headphone jack, I'm one of them;
If one person is using a headphone jack, that one is me;
If no one is using a headphone jack, I'm no longer alive;
If the world is against headphone jacks, then I'm against the entire world;
Till my last breath, I'll use a headphone jack.

You might but i do hope you take really good care of your tech.
At some point they may no longer make headphones or devices with a jack. Similar things happen to other tech.
Analoge photos have always been better then digital ones. But before they started to make a comback film and devices where incredibly rare.
At some point this was also true for lp, cds and discdrives are getting more and more rare. Cassettes seem pretty much gone.
Of course there might always be some vintage store out there but its gonna be priced for their rarity way above the modern and the current stuff.
I don’t really agree that headphone jack is being left out so soon but i do hope to have a cable free retirement pke day.
I'm hoping that home manufacturing tech will evolve way past anything we can imagine today, to the point that we can print anything we want, including old tech
The day headphone jacks quit being a thing is the day Big Tech starts turning the screws on DRM for audio.
I love headphone jacks but I also wanted to use grapheneOS which means no more headphone jack :(
Tradeoff is worth it

I wonder if gen alpha thinks plug-in earphones are cringe in some way? I know in the US android users get bullied, what about non air pod havers?
What are you... syncing about...?
Cool, where do you get your time machines to go back 10 years where those phones exist?
Amusingly, I've been using wireless headphones since before bluetooth existed. Way back in the day I had a contraption which plugged into the jack and broadcasted my music via radio. It was pretty damn sweet to know I could walk around the house whilst listening to the music on my hi-fi or PC.
I was skeptical about bluetooth headphones, but I dare say I'd never go back to wired now.
