I guess you can’t reverse vest a residential property because an individual needs to hold title. Otherwise it’d be interesting to stand up an LLC to own my house, and reverse vest it instead of selling title to another individual. Developers seem to be able to do it, but they mist sell the units once development is complete. Maybe the trick is to never complete the property development?
