I wanted to play some modded MC again, but not alone. If you guys could recommend me a server I could join, I would be extraordinary grateful. Best would be 1.12.2 or lower... but I'll take my chances anywhere.

I have a personal server that not too many people play on, it's mostly performance and Bedrock compatibility mods, and it's the latest version because of that, so it might not appeal to you. If you want to play though, PM me and I can send you the IP

Its not Minecraft but you might be interested in Voxelibre which is a game made using [Luanti (formerly Minetest)] (https://www.luanti.org/).

Minetest has some solid mining and building mods. It has been weak on mobs. Have you found any mob packs you enjoy?

If there is a specific modpack you want to play, try to look on pages of those packs, often there will be public servers that exist for them. I know GTNH has this at least.

Yeah there are soooo many servers out there. Joining Discord is the way to find them (unfortunately).
