So… any idea how would to go about removing a decomposing rodent from the sealed under-carriage of an EV?

VW ID.4. Looks like it might be somewhere under the floorboards and above the battery since the smell is strong in the cabin. To get a look, you apparently have to remove the seats.

There's also a full end-to-end metal plate along the under-carriage, presumably to protect the battery from punctures. But it also keeps anything that has fallen inside from dropping to the ground.

Looks like poor design all around. Dealer is quoting $1600 to go on a fishing trip.
