Saw a video where national union negotiated 1% wage increase or some such clown deal.

What's up with that? This union does not seem to be working very hard for the members.

I've heard them called mail carriers. It's more precise, for example my mum is a postal worker, but doesn't carry mail (she has an office job with postal services).
