We know Ted now owns NBC Sports Washington. Does that make it more or less likely that they follow other teams like the Jazz in setting up over-the-air and streaming packages?

At least way higher than the odds of the Nats getting that kind of package.

But seriously, at the very least, Ted's reputation seems to be as a pretty tech-savvy guy (by owners' standards, which considering half of them are crypt keepers who still need their emails printed, is a pretty low bar), so I could see him moving towards this model sooner rather than later.
