Except the wealthy will be even more protected now. Also, if my existence is already illegal, the worst that could happen is getting their attention.
Not to be mean, but anyone posting on here probably has taxes that are simple enough that the IRS has them all-but-automated. You'll still be funding your own genocide - it's just the ultra-wealthy who will be paying even less for it.

Trumps new plans involve reclassifying apolitical government workers so he can fire them. Purging all government institutions of decision makers which were hired to know their stuff. They were one of the big reasons Trump couldn't pull some of the dumber stuff he wanted to last time around.
This meme is suggesting that tax evasion is about to get a lot easier with the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) getting completely up-ended by the coming staff purge.
