Pretty tldr explanation:
This skyscraper was unfinished for ~10 years near a road with not much else around. Since it was unfinished (and still looks bad when it was finished) it got the nickname i4-eyesore. This was made a few days before/during the hurricane and since it's been in Florida culture for a while it makes sense to joke about it being on the Florida flag.

So was this the building that was built by the Channel 55 guy? But something about religion or god told him not to borrow money to finish it? At least that's the local lore.
