Fiber optic controlled? Are the basically using these with really long cables so they can’t be jammed?

That's sure what it sounds like. Doesn't sound very practical, even for reconnaissance, but I suppose it could have some practical application.
Both sides have started to switch to fiber optic controlled as the battlefield is getting littered with jammers. Even FPV drones deployed to deal with tanks have to use fiber as they've learned to keep massive jammers around armour at all times, whether it be installed in the tank or in a trailing vehicle.
The entire drone warfare is evolving every month it seems
Very practical. Follow the line and find the operator.
You can see the line in the picture, it's absurdly thin. Surely following something that can blow around in the wind after use isn't a grand idea
“What if a drone and a tow missile had a baby?”
Welp, here ya go
Looks substandard
Fiberglass frame?
Look at the bottom, you can see a thin fibre optic stand
This thing looks really cheap, I'd even call it primitive
Fast is slow, slow is smooth. Compared to a fighter jet a DJI is primitive, but it’s effective.
