I have watched "Mad God" and it was one of the best avan-garde films that I have watched and I am debating writting an essay/review as I had totally different intepretation of the film as the author intended(in my opinion).

I watched this recently and I'd be really interested in reading different interpretations! Amazing film!
I've been watching Lastman and am about halfway through season 1. It's a french animated show directed by Jérémie Périn who also directed Mars Express. I was inspired by watching that film to check out more work by the director. So far it's really fun. They are short 12-13 min episodes with a lot of swag (for lack of a better term). Great direction as expected and genuinely funny too. I think it's an awesome example of how to do lower budget animation that still looks really good.
I am watching Futurama or rather stopped watching at the third episode of this season. Is it just me or has the show taken a dip in the quality?
I feel like something fundamental to the show is missing this season.
