I'm pretty sure you can still build that battle boat mostly using kits that are still in production.

Not sure about that. The Eldar Vyper is probably still around (one day games workshop will update to the Eldar range properly), but the main part of it is the 3rd edition Dark Eldar Raider which I think was replaced during 5th edition.
