Funny how the police act like they're the ones being threatened, when they are usually the ones who walk right up to people that are standing a distance away and start getting aggressive. Their behavior suggests that even MORE people need to be recording because obviously the safety of innocent civilians is at stake.

Yeah feels like a pretty clear violation of rights to not allow people to film police but given it’s the Supreme Court that would ultimately decide that not sure how confident I am they’d see it the same way.

There already a law about staying away or facing arrest. It's called interference. This is just because they're extra scared of consequences for their criminal behavior.
