What in the fuck am I looking at?
Daylight savings time in America has gotten well out of hand
What are we looking at? What is the context? What do the dates represent?
Is it the last date someone was executed by hanging, in each state?
This checks out.
"Campbell had a choice between hanging and lethal injection, but he refused to make a choice, so under state law, hanging is used."
So likely an outdated law that had no actual impact because everyone would simply choose lethal injection.
Seems like significant weather events, but who the fuck can tell really.
