The doctor with 7 organs and 7 transplant patients is meant to be a thought experiment highlighting ~~the vast gulf between our moral intuitions and~~how awesome naïve utilitarianism is.
Why bother with genetically altering pigs when you can just make being homeless a capital offense and harvest their organs. Long term plan for the U$A.
You absolutely cannot go meet them. They are kept in an extremely sterile environment because, in order to be the most appropriate for transplant, their immune systems are turned way down.
