I think I had the fantasy equivalent of this, since that was the one I was into when I was younger. Third edition I think. Maybe fourth. The classic undead before they split it into Notgyptian and Gothish variants.

By the way did you know that Nagash was a kingdom in Africa during the early Middle Ages? I discovered it with doing research for a Fantasy Earth AU for a D&D campaign I wrote. I guess GW came up with it back in the old gaming days when people actually did a research for their world building. It's pretty obscure I don't think there's much historical information on the place, and since the name sounds kind of weird from an anglocentric point of view, they just lifted it and gave it to the bad guy.

Which reminds me, who did it better, Nagash or Vecna?

What's the chapter labeled iron hands? I think I've seen the symbol before but I'm not sure.
