It's not accurate to blame the Quran for this kind of behavior, as it doesn't condone violence in response to blasphemy.

Instead, there are sociopolitical reasons (and quite recent ones at that) that explain why incidents like this occur in some Muslim countries. In Pakistan in particular, the extreme blasphemy laws are due to a combination of the old British colonial rule and the military dictatorship during the 1980s.

TL;DR - It's certainly lot more complicated than "Islam = bad".

WTF, how about not visiting a different place and burning pages of their holy book? What kind of rude and disrespectful tourist would do that? Not that he deserves to be killed but if he really did that, you can’t offend someone and surprise pikachu face when they are offended

You don't have a right not to be offended.

Yes, and the abused spouse provided her (/his) abuser.

Burning is the correct way to dispose of a damaged copy of the Koran.

The fact you defend murderers who are offended by something is very telling. Who cares what offends a murderer.

Also, the Koran is horseshit.

Why don't you go and burn one in Swat district, then? That'll show 'em.
