There are several, but many are pricier due to smaller scale production. Banana Pi, Libre Computer, LattePanda, BeagleBone, Odroid.

I've seen around half a dozen from various YouTube tech creators but they've all involved some level of compromise

I like Pine64 but it is important to note that they are targeting people with some experience. They also have a habit of just quietly forgetting products.
