Non American here. Can someone explain to me what the fuck the HOA(I know it'd the Homeowner Association) is? Can they really force you to mow your lawn?
They can force you to do anything, as long it is written.
(I am not American. Just a European who doesn't understand shit)
they can steal your fucking house if you don't follow their rules
