Please for the love of God, toast your tortillas in the pan before assembly. They are so much better. Other than that, this looks good.

This is like the second post I've seen with some sad looking tortillas. They look cold, straight out of the fridge. Maybe even microwaved, and dried out from it.

I never knew people ate them cold like that.

2 whole wheat tortillas 3 eggs, scrambled 2 slices of pork belly 2 slices of cheddar cheese Salt and pepper, if desired Taco sauce, if desired

In a bowl, scramble 3 eggs and set aside.

Assemble two tortillas with cheese on a plate.

In a frying pan under low heat, place in two slices of pork belly and cook for 4 minutes each side.

Once done, place the pork belly in the tortillas and add the scrambled egg into the frying pan and cook until solid, then add to the plate.

Salt, pepper, and add taco sauce if desired.
