Kazuma's party are the sort of people who win a lottery and then proceed to spend the entire money in a matter of months, going right back to being completely broke. I wouldn't be surprised if they somehow manage to get themselves into a huge debt by not paying attention to their actual finances at all.

I see that the pregnant pause joke is going to be a recurring theme this season. I think it worked better last episode with Eris, but it was still funny this time. To be honest, I was surprised to see Kazuma get his money from Vanir. I always expected that promised payout to be "almost ready" in perpetuity.

It seems like the next arc is going to be Darkness focused. She gets the prophecy about her family, there is some competition she is training for, and then that scummy noble is looking at a portrait of her on the wall. Speaking of her training...I guess it is going well? She seems happy at least. @[email protected]

My favorite part of this episode was Vanir. He is such a ham and the way he can create humor through selective application of his abilities is top tier stuff.
