It does. I can tell you from personal experience as someone mostly shopping at ALDI but sometimes dropping by other stores for stuff that ALDI has barely increased prices on anything over this entire shit show the past few years. Every time I go into a Walmart I'm absolutely blown away by how much name brand crap has gone up.
At first I wasn't impressed when an Aldi store opened in my neighborhood, but I've grown to like a lot of their products. I'm finding wholesome staples there at consistently good prices. Now I'm a regular.
