Limited services are available for unmodded users but it requires using a custom DNS, using a process relatively similar to setting up something like Wiimmfi or Sudomemo on a DS.

@pretendo @[email protected] also for modded Wii U and 3DS console owners, you'll need to update Nimbus and Inkay to continue playing online.

Oooh hang on, I should probably warn people that this may cause conflicts with Wiimmfi on a Wii U. I'm aware Wiimmfi is available for unmodded consoles in a limited capacity like Pretendo, and that relies on changing DNS too from memory.

I wonder whether it's possible for Pretendo and Wiimmfi to potentially work together on something unified regarding DNS settings.

Hi, just so people see this, SSSL is temporarily unavailable.

It's been having issues for Splatoon since Pretendo moved from Nintendo's BOSS servers to Pretendo ones that OatmealDome helped design.

I'm tempted to put Pretendo's announcements in our Matrix/Discord spaces in some way so people remain notified.
