My BBQ Seitan. I'm very pleased with the photo, it came out very well. The BBQ Seitan was also delicious.

Looks good! Do you have a recipe you could share? I don’t know how to make seitan taste good.

I used a standard Seitan recipe. But I added a little apple vinegar (to hide the bread taste a little), liquid smoke & smokey BBQ sauce when I mixed the Gluten powder. Simmered it in water, sliced it up, let it rest overnight in the fridge. Dipped the slices into a somewhat spice/smokey BBQ sauce, then put the slices on an oven tray, and then into the oven for 30 min.

Look up Gaz Oakly/Avantgarde Vegan. He has some good seitan recepies, one of them for BBQ ribs (though I did not yet try those).
