It's not currently possible to follow individual users on Lemmy. Even if the features shows up, the consensus among Lemmy instance admins right now is to not federate with Threads.

You can do so through Mastodon ex: https://mastodon.social/@[email protected]

As @[email protected] said, there is no way to follow users. And anyway, I’ve yet to see a Lemmy instance that can actually access Threads, yours included: https://reddthat.com/u/[email protected]
