Wrong, sure, idiotic, not so much. It's still CP, so it's natural to feel gross about it. But no one gets harmed in the process of it's creation, so I can't think of a reason it should be illegal...

Its idiotic because it has absolutely nothing to do with the thing here.

And it isn't strictly speaking illigal as long as no actual minors are within the training data. Furthermore if we talk about loli stuff, it doesn't portray real people anyway so its not illegal either.

Just the act of Publication and spreading is illigal in most places.
